Our Refund Promise

At Brand Your Trend, we believe in complete transparency and accountability for our digital marketing services. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we back it up with our straightforward refund policy:

We offer a 100% refund when we fail to deliver on our promises as outlined in your service agreement. This commitment reflects our confidence in our ability to deliver results and our dedication to your business success.

Refund Eligibility Criteria

• The refund applies only to services where we have clearly failed to meet the specific deliverables and metrics outlined in your written agreement.
• Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the completion of the service period or campaign.
• Your account must be in good standing with all payments up to date at the time of the refund request.
• The client must have followed all recommendations and cooperated with our team throughout the service period.
• The 100% refund applies to the specific service component that failed to meet expectations, not necessarily the entire package if multiple services were purchased.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

1. Contact your account manager or our customer support team via email at refunds@brandyourtrend.com.
2. Provide specific details about which service promises were not fulfilled, including relevant metrics and data.
3. Our team will review your request within 5 business days and may schedule a call to discuss the situation in detail.
4. Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Terms and Conditions

• Service Agreement: Refund eligibility is based on the specific metrics and deliverables outlined in your signed service agreement.
• External Factors: We cannot be held responsible for performance issues caused by external factors beyond our control, including but not limited to algorithm updates, platform policy changes, or market fluctuations.
• Client Responsibilities: To be eligible for a refund, clients must have provided all required assets, information, and approvals in a timely manner as specified in the agreement.
• Implementation: Clients must have fully implemented our recommendations without significant modifications that could impact results.
• Communication: Clients must have maintained regular communication and responded to our team's requests within 48 hours throughout the campaign period.
• Service Modifications: Any modifications to the original service agreement must be documented in writing and may affect refund eligibility.
• Partial Delivery: If we partially deliver on promises, a prorated refund may be issued at our discretion.
• Cancellation vs. Refund: Cancellation of services before completion is subject to our separate cancellation policy and does not automatically qualify for a refund.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

• Setup fees and initial research costs
• Third-party expenses already incurred (advertising spend, software licenses, etc.)
• Services that have already been delivered and approved by the client
• Services where the client failed to meet their obligations as outlined in the agreement
• Custom development work or creative assets that have been delivered according to specifications
